Hamdan Lawyers is an Adelaide-based law firm and Migration firm founded by Ms Abby Hamdan, the Principal Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent.

She holds Master Degree of Laws (LLM), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies , Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL).
Ms Hamdan has been admitted as a Legal Practitioner since 1997. She is also registered in the High Court Register of Practitioners since 2001. Ms Hamdan became a Registered Migration Agent in 2004.
Ms Hamdan was the instructing solicitor and the junior counsel in High Court of Australia in Al-Kateb v Godwin  HCA 37; 219 CLR 562; 208 ALR 124; 78 ALJR 1099 . Also she was involved in a leading case pertaining to privileged communication between her and one of her clients who was an asylum seeker Minister for Immigration & Multicultural & Indigenous Affairs v Hamdan (2005) FCAFC 113.
Ms Hamdan is one of the founding board members of Refugee Advocacy Service of South Australia, Founder of Wishes for Children Foundation Inc. and the Co-founder of The Australian Friends of Palestine Association.
